CASH YOUR PAYCHECK
Cash your paycheck at any Station Casino using your Boarding Pass Card and win a chance at
over $2,000,000 in cash and prizes that are available annually in the Paycheck Bonanza promotion.
PAYCHECK BONANZA RULES
1. Customer must be at least 21 years of age (with valid identification) to participate in Paycheck Bonanza Plus. To be eligible to be awarded a "Spin", as described below, the customer must be a member of Station Casinos' Boarding Pass Program. Membership into the Boarding Pass Program is free.
2. Only bona fide payroll checks physically issued to employees by companies previously approved for check cashing by Station Casinos ("Payroll Check") will be accepted. Any Payroll Check from unapproved companies is subject to Management's check cashing approval. Social Security Checks, State Industrial Insurance System Checks and Unemployment Checks qualify as bona fide Payroll Checks. Personal Checks, Insurance Checks, Two-Party Checks, Child Support Checks, and Direct Deposit Checks, etc. will NOT qualify as a Payroll Check.
3. Customers who are Boarding Pass members will be awarded one (1) free Paycheck Bonanza Plus Spin ("Spin") for each Payroll Check, or a combination of Payroll Checks, that are cashed at the Cashier's Cage at the same time, provided that the total amount of the Payroll Check(s) is at least $50.00. The participating locations are Palace Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock Casino.
4. The Spin will consist of the customer presenting his or her Boarding Pass card to the cashier at the time the Payroll Check(s) is cashed. The cashier will then swipe the customer's card on the Paycheck Bonanza Plus computer card reader and push the computer Spin button. When the Spin button is pushed by the cashier the Paycheck Bonanza Plus computer paycheck prize wheel ("Wheel") will begin to spin. The Wheel will have numerous stops and there will be a prize depicted on each stop. The customer will win the prize where the Wheel stops. The Paycheck Bonanza Plus computer printer will print a certificate that the cashier will issue to the customer (Please note that a certificate will not be printed or issued to the customer for Boarding Pass point and Xtra "Play Cash" prizes). The certificate will describe the prize and how the customer can redeem the certificate for the prize won.
5. All certificates will include a control number and date and time issued. Each certificate must be redeemed within the stated time period from date of issue, or the prize will be forfeited.
6. If the prize revealed on a certificate is for a food or beverage item, the certificate must be presented before ordering.
7. Any certificate with a cash prize must be redeemed at the Cashier's Cage.
8. All certificates that are presented for redemption become the property of Station Casinos, Inc. and will not be returned.
9. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies to use their names and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. All prizes are non-transferable and are not applicable toward other items. Tax is included on food and beverage prizes only. Gratuity is not included.
11. Any
certificate that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than cashing a Payroll Check pursuant to this promotion is AUTOMATICALLY VOID and ineligible for the award of any prize.
12. Team Members, including members of their immediate households, of Station Casinos, Inc., and its subsidiaries are eligible to participate, with the exception of the following Team Members who are NOT eligible to participate:
- All Team Members directly involved in the "Paycheck Bonanza Plus" or the "PayDay PayDay" Promotion; and
- Any Team Member prohibited from gambling or participating in the Boarding Pass or Amigo Club program pursuant to Station Casinos, Inc.'s Team Member Gambling Policy.
13. Prize availability varies in the sole discretion of Management. The following prizes ("Top Prizes") are limited during the term of this promotion in the discretion of Management and may not always be available to win: $1,000 cash, $500 cash, $250 cash, $100 cash, and 100,000 Boarding Pass points. Top Prizes that have been awarded may not be available for the duration of the promotion. The number of other prizes available is based in part upon value.
14. Prizes also include Free Slot Play which is known as Xtra "Play Cash". Xtra "Play Cash" consists of credit amounts that are non-cashable and must be played at a gaming device. Xtra "Play Cash" winners will have immediate access to the credit amount won when they play a gaming device while using their Boarding Pass card. Xtra "Play Cash" credits must be played at Palace Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Green Valley Ranch or Red Rock Casino only and will expire a minimum of thirty (30) from issuance.
15. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Management.
16. Any and all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
17. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
18. Station Casinos, Inc. reserves the right to change, cancel or modify the terms of this promotion at any time.
19. In the event of a Spin malfunction, a "rain check" coupon will be issued to a qualified customer. Customer must present rain check coupon to cashier's cage at any participating location within ten (10) days in order to receive one (1) Spin. Cashier must insert patron name, check amount, location, date and initial rain check coupon to be valid. Rain check coupon that has been tampered with or mutilated is void. Rain check coupon has no cash value and is non-transferable.
